Housing contracts include 12 equal monthly installment payments, beginning in August and ending in July.
The Retreat at Pullman offers 15 different layouts, including two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, five-bedroom apartments, and six-bedroom apartments. Yes! Each layout comes furnished with modern apartment features and full-size, standard appliances, such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, and washer and dryer units.
Every cottage floor plan at The Retreat at Pullman is furnished and move-in ready! Cottages come with furniture for living rooms and bedrooms, including queen-size mattresses.
Our off campus cottages vary in size depending on the floor plan selected. The smallest floor plan is the Birchmore A, which features two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Our largest floor plan is the Belmont, which features six bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths.
Each cottage has either a back patio or a deck (depending on the topography), while some cottages also have front porches.
Grills are welcome on your back patios, however they are not allowed under any covered porch or balcony. Furthermore, our decks and patios are larger than those traditionally found in apartments for rent in Pullman, WA, making them the perfect spaces for hosting guests.
Parking spaces are located outside of the residences and are first come, first served. We also offer covered spaces for a monthly fee. Contact us for more information about reserving a parking space at our student housing community.
Yes! The cottages include high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi; they also have cable.
Each of our Pullman apartments features electronic key-access to unit entrances and individual bedroom doors. Our staff provides each resident with a key fob, which provides them with access to their cottage as well as our on-site community amenities; this system allows residents to enjoy the amenities 24/7.
Maintenance persons hold keys that are programmed to work during certain hours only; this ensures that residents are the only ones with after-hours access to their cottages. Management can also verify on the time log that repairs were completed during the correct time window.
Each installment payment is due by the fifth (5th) day of each month. Payments submitted after 9 a.m. on the seventh (7th) day of the month are considered late. You can bring a check to the clubhouse or make a payment online using the resident portal.
