You may apply online by completing the application. There is no deadline, but our leasing schedule begins just before the fall semester and spans 12 months. To ensure you reserve a spot, we recommend applying early.

If you’ve chosen roommates, let us know on the application, and we’ll arrange for you to move in together. If you’re applying alone, we’ll notify you of your roommate matches via email and you’ll meet them on move-in day.

To reserve a room, submit the online application. Demand for our cottages is high year-round, so we recommend applying as soon as floor plans have been chosen. Our cottage layouts include two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, five-bedroom apartments, and six-bedroom apartments.

Yes. Each floor plan includes individual bedrooms with attached bathrooms, as well as locking doors for privacy and security. Specific floor plans likewise include an extra half-bathroom option.
