You may apply online by completing the application. There is no deadline, but our leasing schedule begins just before the fall semester and lasts 12 months. To ensure yourself a spot, we recommend applying early.

If you’ve chosen roommates, let us know on the application, and we’ll arrange for you to move in together. If you’re applying alone, we’ll notify you of your roommate matches via email and you’ll meet them on move-in day.

To reserve a room, you’ll need to submit the online application. Demand for off campus apartments in Pullman is high all year, so we recommend applying as soon as you have chosen a room.

Yes. Each floor plan includes individual bedrooms with attached bathrooms as well as locking doors for privacy and security.
